Okay, I am confused. I guess I missed and episode or something, but why is Ryan not working for the lab anymore? The last episode I saw was he went to a crime scene in a news van and wasn’t working in the lab? What have I missed?

Ryan owed $10,000 to someone involved in the case and he didn’t tell H the truth about it. He’s basically been reinstated. Red tape is delaying him actually getting actually back in the lab.

Okay, catch me up to speed. Why did he own someone 10k? I saw the last episode where he went back to join the team where he went to talk to Horatio Cane and he told him he would come under the watchful eye still. But, I did catch one episode of where Ryan was sitting and doing paperwork, so what that part of the deal on owing someone money?
