Jorja Fox Fans Mobilize to Save Sara Sidle
With the news that Jorja Fox may be leaving CSI for good, legions of fans have mobilized. Reminiscent of the Jericho Nuts campaign that saved an entire show, Jorja fans are hoping to save just one woman-Sara Sidle…or maybe it’s Jorja Fox. Whatever the case, a large grassroots campaign is responding to reports that Jorja Fox may leave the hit show due to a salary dispute The initiative actually has two parts.

Part One is the main thrust of the effort.
According to Dollars For Sense, the campaign is sending dollars, letters and flyers to CBS. At this writing, at least 1000 letters have already been mailed to CBS.
In an interview published on the TV Guide website, Michael Ausiello reported that Jorja Fox, CSI’s Sara Sidle will be leaving the show in November. Despite Jorja Fox herself neither denying nor confirming the news a campaign has been started to allow the fans to show their support for this amazing actress and the character she portrays.

What To Do
1. Download and print a flyer. [JPG forms of the flyer are below and PNG versions can be printed HERE] Click on picture to enlarge.2. Add the dollar bill - or whatever your country’s equivalent of a dollar is (British pound, Australian Dollar etc.). Secure the money to the flyer with a paper clip or piece of tape. For those countries who use coins instead of paper bills, the British pound is an example of this, tape the coin to the flyer or a separate piece of paper or card to stop it moving around in the envelope. Then make sure to fold the flyer around the money so it cannot
be seen through the envelope.3. Mail your envelopes to this address:

Tell the producers/writers how much you enjoy Jorja’s portrayal and how dismayed you are at hearing she may be leaving. Don’t worry if you are not in the US, the interview appeared on the TV Guide website so is available globally.

Part Two will allow fans to show Jorja their appreciation for all her hard work over the during eight terrific seasons.
The Jorja Fox Appreciation campaign is asking fans to give donations via Pay Pal. The donations will be used to send Jorja special gifts and to support a charity near to Jorja’s heart. The website has only been up for a day or two and an orchid is already on the way. Donations will be accepted until October 7th.

Yes, and we are also funding a banner to be flown over CBS on Tuesday and Thursday, both of which will read something along the lines of, “Keep Jorja On CSI!” A third banner fund has been set up, and it will read something close to, “Nuts Are Next. Keep Jorja On CSI.” or “Don’t Make Us Send You Nuts. Keep Jorja.” Contact daphne_dangerlove, a member at YTDAW, to donate. I think the writers have already written her out, she’s known she was gonna have to leave
for a year now and so have they I’m a fan and i hope she stays but i think we all may be a little too late

This is a waste of time and money. She’s already been written off. Geesh this is so sad to see people doing something so useless. If she wanted to stay she would have signed on but she’s greedy and asking fans to donate money that won’t do anything is insulting. CBS must be laughing at you. I’ll write to CBS and tell them to go on without her.

Maybe it is a waste of money. We don’t really care. It’s something we wanna do, and want to ‘waste’ our money on something ‘useless’ as you say. it’s something we have decided to do, and if you have a problem with that, then just don’t post anything and just ignore it.

I’m one of those fans who is sending flyers and e-mails to TPTB and this is not a waste. Think of all the things that have been accomplished by people who were told they’d never succeed. I’ve never in seven years missed an episode and what kept me watching were the relationships. If you take Joja away the whole dynamic of the team will be altered. Grissom and Sara are two people who were made for each other and they build this whole romance up for seven years and now because TPTB don’t wish to give her a salary commensurate with the others actors they give her no choice but to leave? Oh and in the Thursday episode Sara was told that members of the same team were forbidden to be involved. And yet on Thursday they show scenes between Warrick and Catherine that intimate that there’s going to be some romantic development between them. Jorja is a wonderful actress. She is because it takes a great actress to get across this whole romance when we’ve never even seen them holding hands!!!! Jorja goes, I stop watching CSI.

I am one of the silent majority of the people who don’t ususlly write and complain
about something I like or don’t like.
I LIKE JORIA FOX on CSI.
It would not mind if you took
Marg Helgenberger off the show. JORIA dose
not need tight low cut blouses to keep you iInterested in the part she plays.
CSI wass may favorite TV show, I liked all of the main players but Misss Marg. Without
Miss Fox I will be looking for another TV show to watch on Thursday night. I am an
handycapped, wife, mother and grandmother
who spends most of my time watching TV from my wheelchair. I watch a lot of old movies and old black and white old TV shows.
It seems most of the TV stations can’t make TV show without swear words or sex.
