Writers Guild Pickets CSI New York
Today a CSI:NY location shoot was targeted by the Writer’s Guild of America. Gary Sinise was shooting on an LA street(doubling as a New York street). As he arrived, Gary smiled at the picketers who chanted things like, “No justice, no peace” “We need you, Sinise” and “You da man Lieutenant Dan!” One guy had written out all of Gary’s Sinise’s “big speeches from his movies” and read them over and over again on a bullhorn. The Bullhorn Guy also tried to made him laugh by saying things like, “You’re not in New York!” and “The husband did it. Change the channel. The husband did it. Change the channel!” Gary apparently took it all in stride. I wonder what episode they were shooting.
Below you’ll find a video of the picket.

I just adore Gary Sinise. He’s the best of all CSI casts, definitely. Both acting-wise and looks-wise. And I don’t quite understand the writers’ problem, maybe because I’m not from the USA. I’m Polish. What is it all about???
